We are an apiary located in Spring Hill, Tennessee, just south of Nashville. Using completely organic methods of hive management and care for our colonies, it is our goal to offer the most delicious-tasting honey around!

In addition to being a natural sweetener, honey's medicinal properties have been well documented for thousands of years. We also know that local honey is a great way to bring relief to allergy sufferers because of its natural pollen and enzymes. It's also more succulent and sweeter than store-bought honey!
